About the role

To support our Uncommon Care commitment, we are enhancing our offerings and capabilities with a member-first perspective. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist – Campaign to join our team to drive impactful marketing activities , initiatives and communications,. You will play a crucial role in executing and optimising marketing campaigns to boost member growth and retention. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end campaign delivery, creative execution, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting.

Key Tasks

  • End-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns focused on member engagement, loyalty, and health and wellbeing.
  • Develop and execute communications coordinate with agencies and suppliers, and track, review and optimise campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the Member Journey team to tailor activities to specific member touchpoints and optimise creative execution based on data-driven insights.
  • Support annual retention, loyalty, and compliance communications, ensuring they align with key insights and behavioural metrics.
  • Oversee communication execution within budget and timeline constraints, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with tertiary qualifications in marketing / communications and a strong background in marketing campaign management, ideally from within a medium to large organisation. You should have proven experience in executing marketing strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimising performance based on data insights. Your ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high standards of communication and brand consistency will be crucial.
