About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Expert to join our team at Online Marketing Gurus. As a key member of our SEO team, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful SEO campaigns to achieve client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting your Manager in the smooth running of the team, including training & development, escalations, and deep dives.
  • Effectively managing and building relationships with internal teams, external clients, agencies, etc., to develop and execute successful SEO campaigns.
  • Analyzing and conducting integrated search performance management and client training workshops where required.
  • Assisting Account Managers with preparing for and attending meetings for quarterly client reviews.
  • Tracking progress and continuously monitoring the effectiveness of search campaigns and adjusting proactively where necessary.
  • Providing support for ad-hoc analytics reporting requests from internal team members and clients.
  • Providing analytics and tracking setup on different Search initiatives & Multi-Channel search campaigns for a defined set of KPIs based on project requirements.
  • Managing data gathering across various platforms, including Screaming Frog / Deepcrawl, Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, Search Console / Webmaster Tools, AHRefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.
  • Developing content distribution strategies using earned and owned media.
  • Providing creative recommendations for improving campaign performance for both SEO & integrated campaigns.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Constructing presentation-ready reporting completed regularly, delivering valuable insights into the performance of managed SEO campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of SEO experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of key aspects of SEO or integrated marketing campaigns, as well as inbound and multi-channel marketing concepts.
  • Knowledge and application of SEO and web analytics tools for data analysis (basic and advanced analytics certified).
  • Ability to present findings and relevant recommendations succinctly.
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage tasks.
  • Competency in soft-skills, including project management, communication, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and objection handling.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects to a budget and on time, proactively dealing with issues when they arise.
  • Possess knowledge of how websites work from a user perspective and from a search agent's perspective.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as Administration/Project Management skills.
