The Talent Acquisition Specialist will form part of our People & Culture team in APAC and be part of our global team. We are looking for a strong communicator, collaborator and most importantly, recruitment guru. This role will suit someone who wants to build a recruitment function in partnership with the other members of the TA team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Lead initiatives relating to graduate and internship programs.
- Maintain a strong relationship with hiring managers and provide them with updates on the recruitment process, tracking and reporting on hiring metrics to ensure that we are meeting our hiring goals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, including the use of ATS systems, recruitment strategy, DBI initiatives, grad programs, and internships.
- Track and report on hiring metrics to ensure that we are meeting our hiring goals.
- Lead initiatives relating to EVP, employer branding, ATS & background check system configuration and other projects as needed, in collaboration with the broader P&C team.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Equivalent experience in a related field, such as human resources, recruiting, or sales.
- Strong understanding of the recruiting process and how to attract and assess top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using ATS' (Greenhouse & Pinpoint are strongly preferred).
