Duties will include providing business support to the office, such as:

  • Data entry
  • Monitoring an email inbox and actioning and forwarding emails as required
  • Maintaining systems and client information
  • Preparing and sending correspondence
  • General administrative tasks as needed

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Sound keyboarding skills
  • Intermediate computing skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel), and the ability to pick up new databases and systems quickly
