About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at InvoCare. As the first point of contact for families and the community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at all levels of contact with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the staff based in the office
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Competent administrative skills with an eye for detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Good telephone manner and comfortable managing incoming telephone calls
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computer skills in Word and Excel
