**About the Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent Administration Assistant to join our small, friendly Head Office team, based in Sippy Downs. The Administrative Assistant will be able to take initiative and be proactive in delivering efficient and effective administrative support to assist day-to-day operations of the workplace. They will enjoy communicating daily with various clients, employees and contacts, being approachable and working well under pressure.

The hours are:
Monday to Thursday - 8.30am - 4pm

Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm

Casual leading to Perm Part Time

**Your duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Undertaking general office administrative duties and tasks, as directed.
- Rostering and maintaining changes as they arise
- Respond to general enquiries by answering all incoming telephone calls and directing calls accurately.
- The ability and accuracy to update, and enter data in multiple systems
- Speaking with support workers, clients, employees on a daily basis
- Keeping employee information up to date
- Maintaining team admin templates & standards
- Any other administrative duties as directed by management

**To be considered for these roles, you must**:

- Have a high level of customer service skills
- Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Data entry and telephone skills is essential
- Strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
- Adapt and adjust to changing work environments
- Be a people person

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
