The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Village Coordinator to join their team on a Permanent full-time basis.

Under the guidance of the Village Manager, you will provide friendly and efficient customer service to Village residents and visitors. You will have excellent organisational skills along with attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage competing priorities to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency.

This diverse role will ensure no two days are the same requiring adaptability, as this role will see you:
- Taking charge of the maintenance coordination to ensure continuous upkeep of the village- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS standards- Navigate through intricate procurement processes, ensuring resources are acquired in compliance with EHS standards- Act as a liaison with contractors, fostering effective communication and collaboration- Interacting with residents and providing support on various village projects- Actively participating in planning and executing events and & village wellbeing programs.

Your Background- Demonstrated administration experience in a construction/trade industry will be highly regarded- Exposure to coordinating Workplace Health & Safety- Basic accounting/ finance processing experience (billing and invoicing) is desirable- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)- Previous experience working with the elderly is a plus- A professional, proactive, can-do attitude- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)
