You’ll be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team You’ll oversee the day to day work of your team to ensure accurate and timely claims processing in line with applicable laws and administrative rules, as well as departmental processes and procedures You’ll instill a team attitude towards delivering consistent, professional and proactive customer service, driving accountability through coaching, motivation and ongoing development You'll assist with call management of frontline complaints received within the Claims Team You’ll ensure financial responsibility and effective management by means of identifying trends, designing and delivery programs to mitigate loss/or leakage to claims and business impact. You’ll review Straight Through Claims (aka Fast Track Claims) completed by the CLO team to ensure quality metrics are met and appropriate claims assessment processes have been followedAnd what are we looking for?

You’ll ideally have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a frontline leadership position, ideally in insurance or financial services industries You'll possess an understanding of insurance legislation, regulations and guidelines applicable to the department You’ll have an eye for best practice and continuous improvement You’ll be someone who always hits your individual KPI's, and enjoys helping the team to reach theirs You’ll enjoy operating in complex, fluid environments Above all, you’ll have a passion for people – both customers and team membersSo, why choose us?
