What you’ll contribute to

An excellent opportunity has come up for a Dealer Management Systems account manager who is responsible for managing existing TUNE Dealers, managing the commercial relationships and providing a point of contact within TUNE for the Dealers in order to enhance Dealer satisfaction, profitability, logistics and performance for the Toyota and Lexus brands.

The role is part of the Field Operations division which is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of market representation, dealer standards, retail development and business transformation activities in order to bullet proof the Dealer network and contribute to achievement of sales volume, market share and profitability objectives

In this role you need to be self-motivated and have excellent stakeholder management skills to be able to build rapport and relations across the NSW & ACT dealer network.

This is a Max term role until March 2025 based at Sydney Olympic Park

How you’ll make an impact

Serve as the main point of contact for clients following DMS implementation, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and objectives.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on dealers requirements.

Monitor client satisfaction levels and gather feedback to continuously improve our products and services.

Supports strategic partnerships whilst minimising supplier risks.

Coordinate and facilitate forums to ensure that services, enhancements, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.

Degree qualification in Business Management, IT or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and/or experience with automotive industry software solutions is highly desirable.

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or client services.

Highly organised with strong project management skills, able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage stakeholders and achieve outcomes in a complex environment.
