What you’ll do…

  • Create social content that is relevant, informative and engaging,
  • Contribute to the planning and management of social marketing campaigns,
  • Develop and drive organic social media and content strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube,
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on content ideas relevant to the upcoming campaigns and overall content strategy,
  • Curate a social media content calendar, ensuring brand consistency,
  • Develop captivating image and video content that resonates with our target audiences,
  • Spearhead influencer and partnership strategies, cultivating relationships to enhance brand visibility,
  • Conduct organic social media analytics and reporting to optimise performance,
  • Liaise and engage with our follower community and manage and respond to comments on our paid social media activity as well as Google reviews.

What you’ll need…

  • Minimum two years of commercial social media or digital marketing experience,
  • Exceptional communication skills – in telling stories, messaging and engaging attention
  • Experience developing, writing, and optimising digital campaigns,
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and strives for a high degree of precision,
  • Adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for analytics and insights,
  • A keen eye and creative thinker, with a flair for storytelling and brand promotion,
  • Passion for and solid knowledge of social media platforms: you keep up with the latest trends in socials and popular culture,
  • Proficiency in using social media design tools such as Canva plus scheduling software and analytics platforms,
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Media. Communications, or Journalism preferred.
