We are seeking an experienced Transport Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Altona to provide quality on-time support to our Operations teams and our wide customer base This is a Parental Leave Contract role for 6-9 months.
Your ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and our customers will be an essential part of the role.

- At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role within the logistics, freight, or delivery service industries.
- Excellent planning and communication skills.
