Job Title: Transport Administrator

Join Winning Appliances, a leading provider of whitegoods and homewares, as a Transport Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate transportation activities, including the movement of goods and personnel, to ensure timely and professional delivery.
  • Liaise with drivers and customers to resolve any issues and ensure seamless transportation operations.
  • Manage and update transportation databases and records accurately to maintain efficient operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for transportation-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, warehouse, and customer service to optimize transportation processes and reduce costs.
  • Approve contractor invoices and follow up on missing payments, manifests, and outstanding return orders.
  • Optimize transportation schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in transport and logistics is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach.
  • Intermediate level computer literacy, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and large ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good multitasking skills and experience.
  • Excellent team player.
