Part time Position, starting at 16 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing payslip and expense claim
- Following up on invoicing, orders and payments
- Making travel bookings and scheduling meetings
- Managing stocks, shipments and ordering parts and office supplies
- Compiling data and preparing reports for managers and executives
- Assisting with office organisation
- Office management
- Liaising with the financial and accounting department with any daily tasks
Skills Required
- At least 2-year experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- good computer skills - Microsoft Word, excel, etc
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Initiative
- Self-organised and able to work independently
All training provided
Knowledge of Office suite, Utilising Shared drives and folders.
ASAP start.
