We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Membership and Database Administrator to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in supporting our members, volunteers, and the overall functioning of our organization.

**Company Overview**:
The Family of League Foundation is committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals and families within a sports organization. We conduct membership and donation campaigns, fundraising events, and various activities to raise funds for our comprehensive wellbeing program, which offers essential support to those in need.

**Position Overview**:
As the Membership and Database Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, volunteers, and the public, ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems and maintaining accurate records. Your administrative expertise and customer service skills will be pivotal in handling membership inquiries, managing event registrations and payments, and providing essential support to various departments within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the fulfillment of membership subscription packs, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
- Assist in creating and distributing member communications via our database and social media platforms.
- Provide support to our Committee volunteers and direct their inquiries to the relevant team members.
- Daily update of membership and event registrations, as well as invoice payments received.
- Support the annual membership campaign by setting up and configuring the IT system, coordinating membership renewals, and resolving membership queries.
- Handle general office administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing incoming/outgoing post, and maintaining stationery supplies.
- Contribute to the success of fundraising campaigns and programs, and provide assistance at events when required.

**Personal attributes we are looking for**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn and operate database software.
- Ability to work well within a team while also being self-reliant.
- A genuine passion for sport and a desire to contribute to the community.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
