Our client has been designing, installing, and servicing fire protection systems since 1889. Operating in over 30 centres across Australia and is a leading fire protection company in the region.

An exciting opportunity has become available within our Sydney Office located in Sydney Olympic park for a Service Administrator to join our team. This role will work within our Service Department ensuring the seamless delivery of high quality service to our client base.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- High volume billing of client invoices generated from our Simplex products business unit
- Maintaining the Simplex client central inbox and central customer service line
- Logging of maintenance calls relating to the Simplex products business
- Provide assistance with maintaining the CRM system and updating local sales opportunities
- Allocation of parts and pricing of materials on invoices
- Processing credits notes, and working with A/R team on debt resolution and client disputes
- Support Service Operations Team as required with other client invoice requirements
- Administer purchase orders ensure the timely supply and receipt of goods and services, raising, updating, approving and tracking outstanding orders

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 1-2 years administration or customer service office experience, ideally in a fast-paced service environment.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure, with solid communication skills
- Prior exposure to high volume billing/invoicing using large ERP system, preferably Pronto
- High degree of computer literacy including in Microsoft products.
- Excellent co-ordination & time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work as a part of a team and act autonomously
- Fire industry experience preferred but not essential

**Salary**: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
