Executive Assistant | Morgan Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our ANZ General Manager. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including managing their diary, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Assist with project management, ensuring deadlines are met for key initiatives.
  • Organise ANZ events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Help executives manage their time effectively, allowing them to focus on top priorities.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise in a global, fast-moving environment.
