Executive Assistant | Morgan Consulting | $80,000 plus super
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our ANZ General Manager. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Act as a gatekeeper, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of the General Manager.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Assist with project management, ensuring deadlines are met for key initiatives.
- Organise ANZ events, meetings, and conferences.
- Help executives manage their time effectively, allowing them to focus on top priorities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise in a global, fast-moving environment.
