To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to work from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm (Adelaide time); can be flexible on hours depending on business needs

Training will be provided for the successful candidate.

You'll be responsible for

  • Providing superior customer service to catastrophe (CAT) motor claimants in a timely manner
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls, while adopting a one touch approach to drive claims momentum through to closure
  • and ensuring all parties are informed throughout the process
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via managing expectations and aiming to provide best possible outcomes for your customers
  • Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues

About you

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact- centre role - relevant training and support will be provided where identified.
  • Insurance experience would be desirable
  • Experience showcasing resilience and empathy in dealing with complex situations and clients under distress
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
