**About the Role**

The Claims Consultant is responsible for reviewing and processing outcome payments across a range of employment services programs, including Workforce Australia, Transition To Work, ParentsNext and Disability Employment Services. The Claims Consultant is responsible for ensuring eligible outcomes and progress payments are met in line with policies, procedures, guideline and Deed requirements. You will maintain a high level of compliance through timely case note recording, reporting of outcomes in the relevant internal and external electronic databases and providing support to Employer Support Consultants to ensure timely lodgement of outcome payments.

**This role is being offered on fixed term contract until 14th February 2025 and is located at our Adelaide CBD site.**

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in the Employment Services industry, with outcome claims experience;
- Experience identifying potential outcomes by reviewing and monitoring Outcome Tracker
- Strong skills in data entry, the Microsoft Office suite and ability to type (minimum 30 words per minute
- Culturally competent in understanding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, as well as other predominant CALD cultural groups serviced by Workskil Australia
- An analytical and detailed approach to all work tasks and complex administration workload
- Ability to interpret contractual guidelines to ensure compliance requirements are being met.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback effectively to both internal and external stakeholders

You will also be required to:

- Have experience in Employment services or related industry; and
- Have minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services, Career Development (or willingness to obtain).

**Remuneration**

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
