**You'll be responsible for**
- Providing superior customer service to catastrophe (CAT) motor claimants in a timely manner
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, while adopting a one touch approach to drive claims momentum through to closure
- Managing the operational processing of CAT motor claims and ensuring all parties are informed throughout the process
- Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via managing expectations and aiming to provide best possible outcomes for your customers
- Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues
**About you**
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact
- centre role
- Previous insurance experience is desirable
- Experience showcasing resilience and empathy in dealing with complex situations and clients under distress
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
