**You'll be responsible for**
- Providing superior customer service to Motor claimants in a timely manner
- Managing a portfolio of Motor claims and ensuring all parties are informed through-out the process
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, while adopting a one touch approach to drive claims momentum through to closure
- Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via managing expectations and aiming to provide best possible outcomes for your customers
- Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues

**To be successful in this role, you’ll be required to have flexibility to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 6 pm**

**About you**
- Solid customer service experience, ideally within a complaints or case management environment
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- A high attention to detail and pride in your work and accuracy
- The confidence to learn, access and utilise a variety of systems and software
- A team player attitude, which supports and respects others
- Prior Contact Centre experience is desirable, but not essential
