About Us:

As an AO3 Business Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the department’s mission, working directly with both internal and external stakeholders to drive success and contribute to the organization’s objectives.
The Position:
As an AO3 Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks with a strong focus on customer service and administrative support.
Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality customer service to clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assisting in financial administration tasks, including processing invoices and verifying vendor information to ensure accuracy in accounts payable processes.
- Maintaining the integrity of financial systems, ensuring the accuracy of reports, and conducting quality checks, with corrective actions as needed.
- Offering proactive support and advice to internal teams and external clients, including Support Planners, to enhance the efficiency of financial and administrative processes.
- Contributing to broader Corporate Services initiatives, promoting positive relationships, and actively participating in team projects.
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively manage client inquiries and issues.
- Proficiency in computer systems and an ability to learn new software quickly to provide efficient, client-focused service.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical and data entry skills for accurate information processing.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
