This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the marketing efforts of HydroCon, in a flexible and dynamic environment. We are a small team and the person will be working closely with the managing director.

Hours: approx. 5 hours per week, with potential to increase.

Responsibilities

Website Management:

Assist with redesign of company website. Update and maintain the current website. Add new projects and information to keep the website current and engaging.

SEO Management:

Manage keywords and optimise links to improve search engine ranking.

Social Media Management:

Post and maintain content on various social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.

Presentations:

Update and potentially present product PowerPoint presentations as needed. Assist in the development of CPD courses, with the possibility of presenting in the future.

Database Management:

Manage projects and photos using a geomap program. Maintain and update marketing list of specifiers and clients.

Video Production:

Assist in creating videos and animations for products to enhance marketing efforts.

Document Review:

Assist with review of company documents related to installation, maintenance, and compliance to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications

Strong marketing knowledge to effectively promote products and services. Proficiency in WordPress, SEO strategies, and social media management tools, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Background in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Landscape Architecture preferred, to understand technical aspects of the products and effectively communicate with target audiences.
