**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for a Marketing Lead to join our HOKA AU/NZ Team. Reporting to the GM Marketing & Creative your responsibilities will include driving and implementing the HOKA Marketing strategy across brand, retail, digital & wholesale covering all key marketing channels.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Own & drive the marketing calendar inline with global and local initiatives & launches across Australia
- Develop and produce all assets required across all channels including digital, CRM and retail to provide a consistent and channel specific approach.
- Support wholesale accounts with content & collateral relevant to product buys & key launches.
- Liaise with key stockists/partners to develop effective coop advertising that align with both brands strategy and objectives across key marketing channels.
- Work cross functionally with the product & wholesale team to ensure product deliveries are coordinated with planned activity.
- Support any external sponsorship opportunities including providing assets, guidance and implementation required and reporting for internal and global contacts as required.
- Establish processes and systems to standardize marketing efforts to ensure maximum effectiveness and mínimal effort across all channels.
- Create & implement the organic and paid social media and influencer strategy for the brand to deliver on objectives and maximise commercial opportunities.
- Set & uphold guidelines specific for the brand to ensure that all channels and partners are in line with the guidelines, direction & goals of the business.
- Budget Management - maintenance and updating of the provided marketing budgets including invoice reconciliation and tracking

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Demonstrated 2-3 years marketing experience in similar role
- University degree in marketing, digital or business preferable
- Understand key consumer facing channels including retail, digital and wholesale supported by sufficient marketing and business skills.
- Exposure to sports marketing and sponsorship preferable
