Sales Assistant

The successful applicant will shadow the directors of the business, learn selling and negotiation skills that will fast track you to the top of your Real Estate game. Clark Estate Agents are the market leaders in our area and are serious about being at the top of our game.

You must:

- Have a burning desire to ethically and morally do what it takes to be the best
- Have the ability to take direction and train constantly on your selling skills
- Be able to phone prospect, door knock and chase down leads at every opportunity
- Look sharp, have confidence, be presentable and professional at every moment
- Have skills with Excel, Word and basic computer typing skills
- Reach and over achieve daily, weekly and quarterly KPI’s
- Have a current drivers licence and your Real Estate Certificate
- Be able to handle basic administration tasks appointed to you.

We are asking for a minimum 2 year commitment from you to work as a sales assistant/ lead generator before going into sales. At the end of this commitment, you will be able to confidential list and sell real estate in any market.

Following a daily schedule of real estate duties including;
- Calling local residents informing them of recent listings & sales
- Telephone prospecting to arrange property appraisals
- Arranging and conducting property inspections
- Conducting open homes throughout mid-week and Saturday
- Compiling property reports after appraisals to advice clients
- Employees must be of professional and smart appearance

Essential to become successful for this role Applicants must hold agent's rep certificate, current driving license and own a clean, reliable car.

**Salary**: $44,281.49 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
