We are seeking highly motivated Human Resources Advisors to kick start their careers and join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain a compliant workplace environment.
As an expert in your field, you will support small to medium businesses navigate their ER/HR challenges and act as a trusted advisor to many during their time of need. We champion HR to help businesses understand how to be better, and at Peninsula Group – you will do this every day. You will feel a deep satisfaction knowing your expert knowledge will change the shape of numerous small businesses every day.
In this unique role, you'll:
- Partner with passion: Support clients via telephone, email and chat channels by providing timely advice and recommendations in response to client concerns.
- Knowledge sharer: You will be a trusted partner to our clients, making complex workplace regulations easy to understand and implement in their business.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively monitor changes in employment law and provide practical recommendations about what clients should do to protect their business.
- Delight and deliver: meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity and quality assurance.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with exposure to Employment Relations.
- Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards and other related legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person.
- Formal qualifications in HR / IR or Law are highly regarded, however, we understand working experience comes in all shapes and sizes, so we encourage those who have had exposure to employee matters to apply.
