Job Description

We seek an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team for the New Bundaberg Hospital project. The HR Advisor will provide generalist support to the project team, advising managers on contemporary HR practices, initiating and driving HR initiatives, and supporting leaders through periods of organisational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR/IR support to the project team
  • Advise and coach managers on HR best practices
  • Drive HR initiatives and support client groups through change
  • Support leaders in performance management initiatives
  • Manage project-based initiatives to attract and retain talent
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Relevant Legislation knowledge and experience interpreting employment contracts, awards, and enterprise agreements
  • Proven negotiation skills and solutions-oriented approach
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in managing employee grievances and workplace investigations
