Concertina Team are looking for an experienced Human Resource Adviser for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in10 New Street, Nerang, QLD 4211.

As a Human Resource Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our staff and ensuring they have the resources and support they need to thrive. You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on various HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our offshore teams.
- Manage employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, psychology, or a related field.
- Additional training or certification in recruitment practices, employment law or organizational behavior may also be beneficial.

**Work experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of Proven experience in a similar HR role particularly in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to employment, workplace health and safety, equal opportunity, and industrial relations is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization and build collaborative relationships.
- Proficiency in using human resource management software and other relevant tools for recruitment, employee records management, performance evaluation, and data analysis.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
