We're looking for a Lease Administrator to support our WA Commercial team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be highly organised. You'll be supporting both the business development and portfolio management teams and working on preparing contracts, improving and updating geographical data and preparing quarterly business & asset plans.
This is a great entry role for someone looking for a career in commercial property management.
We also offer a flexible working arrangement, where you can work either 5 hours each day from Monday to Friday or 3 full days a week.
Other duties will include:
Ensuring that the organisation complies with contractual obligations as well as state regulations and policiesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersDocumenting and maintaining integrity of processes; make recommendations for improvementsManaging portfolios with the aim of maximising returnsLiaising with the operational & project management teamsSkills and Qualifications:
1+ years' experience in Property Management in a retail or commercial environment or demonstrated completion and/or ongoing relevant tertiary studiesDemonstrated effective communication skillsAbility to work to deadlines and under pressureAbility to contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the businessIntermediate level of competency in Microsoft Office applications.Must be a strategic thinker and a have strong negotiation skillsSecure promotes diversity in the workplace through our Diversity and Inclusion Program.
