Work client side for a major WA Landlord.
- Seeking someone with Property & Retail Leasing experience.
- Up to $100k inclusive of super.
Our client is an outstanding WA based property group with a diverse and evolving portfolio that includes the development and management of quality retail, commercial, land and hospitality properties across Western Australia. With a focus on sustaining strong client relationships, you will be entering a collaborative work space within a high performing team & culture.
This rare and exciting client side opportunity, is for an experienced Property Administrator to work in collaboration with the Retail Leasing team. Tasks will range from formatting and checking contracts, Offers to Lease, disclosure packages and tenant liaison. The role will handle a multitude of tasks and will benefit working with a professional and friendly team. Other responsibilities include:
**Roles & responsibilities**:
- Preparation and drafting of retail leasing documents.
- Proactive management of lease transaction files.
- Update client databases.
- Identify and implement improvements to the Leasing Management System.
- Coordinate with Leasing Executive and Property Managers.
- Liaise with solicitors.
- Cary out searches (Landgate, ASIC etc).
- Prepare final documents for execution.
- General support to the wider Property & Leasing team.
- System and record maintenance.
- Adhoc administration.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional administration skills.
- High outcome orientation and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to work and concentrate in a fast paced environment.
- Customer relationship-focused approach.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Act.
- 3+ years experience in commercial lease administration including working knowledge of leases, property management and reporting system - highly desirable.
