Purpose

Your role as Workforce Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of the CRG workforce through supporting the workforce management platform, analysis of data and processes, identifying areas of operational improvement, and supporting the business to act on these insights to improve workforce optimisation.

What does the role involve?

  • Subject matter expert on system knowledge and capabilities related to the Dayforce product
  • Partner with the People, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure system compliance to award interpretations and business rules
  • Provide first level support / troubleshooting for product and function and escalate as required
  • Ensure users are equipped with the right resources to utilise the Dayforce product effectively. Upskill users through effective learning interventions including F2F learning, creation and maintenance of self-led learning materials etc.
  • Lead and influence managers in use of the system and best practise rostering
  • Develop reporting capability as required within Dayforce and provide analysis and insights
  • Work with operational teams to identify, design, test and review process improvement initiatives

This is a great opportunity for a passionate and experienced retailer to bring their front line experience to a Support Office environment .

Partnered with your confident communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across the business, you will have:

  • Experience within retail/store environment is highly desirable
  • Experience in workforce planning / rostering is essential
  • Software proficiency across Microsoft suite, PowerPoint in particular
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines
