Revenue Operations Assistant

An innovative and dynamic organization in the technology sector, committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, is seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Generalist to join their team. This role is essential in supporting the Revenue Operations Team Lead with both pre and post-sales activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Revenue Operations Team Lead by handling daily tasks and additional projects such as data hygiene and process updates.
  • Coordinate inventory checks and support the pre-sales process.
  • Monitor and manage customer orders from processing to tracking, ensuring validation of order/invoice details against Salesforce opportunities.
  • Coordinate order billing, invoicing, and manage product lead times and availability requests from customers.
  • Communicate with customers post-sale and coordinate with relevant departments for efficient operations.
  • Process Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) quotes and manage loan kit inventory.
  • Maintain Salesforce data cleanliness and ensure CRM structural integrity.
  • Field enquiries and requests from other departments, ensuring compliance with sales policies and processes.
  • Track feedback from internal stakeholders and collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to provide Salesforce intelligence.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficient in data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective at managing multiple concurrent workstreams and balancing competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Salesforce.
  • Basic administration/personal assistant experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in order processing and coordination is advantageous.
