**The Mercure Sydney Revenue Hub Team**:
The revenue analyst will also join Accor’s growing NSW revenue community, who oversee the largest supply of room inventory in the state. This presents a significant opportunity for career development and individual growth with the revenue community continuously collaborating to refine and grow our strategies.
**Job Description**:
- Analysis of planning, pricing and distribution channels.
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reporting through the use of business intelligence and revenue management systems
- Conduct analysis of lead time, optimal mix, market performance and events to deliver insight into future performance and drive the hotels RGI.
- Prepare material and insight for revMAX meetings, NSW regional team and our owners including competitor intel, promotional analysis and direct booking growth.
- Undertaking individual projects such as; growing upsell revenue (rooms and F+B) and optimising no-show conversion
- Liaise across multiple departments including Front Office, Reservations, Sales and Finance to communicate revenue strategy as well as providing support around commission reporting, Opera configuration and group blocks to develop a seamless guest journey.
**Qualifications**:
- Can work autonomously, have confidence in their decision making ability, has strong problem solving skills and can communicate strategy to key stakeholders including the Financial Controller, Director of Commercial and General Manager.
- Is competitive and results driven.
- Can multi-task across numerous systems and and multiple markets.
- Has very good attention to detail, focus and patience - someone who takes pride in creating a seamless strategy and building efficiencies that reduce the load on our operational teams.
- Experience with software and systems including: Excel, Tars, Opera configuration, EzRMS, and 3rd party extranets is incredibly desirable
