Our client is an established and successful Accounting firm, looking for an exceptional Customer Service Administrator to join their supportive team of professionals. Your previous administration experience gained in an accounting firm will be highly regarded, as will your can do attitude.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive assistance to the accountants and directors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Maintaining client database.
- Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office and other government departments.
- Corporate secretarial work including annual statements, minutes, and ASIC changes.
- Monitoring WIP, lodgements and workflow.
- Establishment of new entities; companies, trusts, self-managed super funds, etc.
Must have:
- Must have previous experience working in an Accounting firm or Financial Services sector.
- Experienced with ATO and ASIC lodgements.
- Experience navigating XERO or MYOB; Docusign etc.
- Good MS Office skills including intermediate level MS Excel.
- Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills, both at the individual and corporate level.
- A high level of attention to detail and initiative.
- PR or Citizen
