Reporting to the Head of General Government, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join the General Government team for a 12 month maximum term contract.
The Client Services Administrator is responsible for all aspects of providing a professional client experience within a team that delivers quality outcomes and provides value to TCorp clients and the State of NSW.
This highly engaging client centric role also supports the TCorp Client Relationship Managers, Marketing and Risk teams through CRM data maintenance and reporting which is generated in a timely manner and on the relevant systems.
The key areas of accountability in this role include:- Administrative support to the Client Relationships team and clients, including account opening/closing, client portal and website queries, presentations and diary management.
- Reporting including debt and investment reporting, flow and transactional information, pipeline opportunities, business development and promotional activities.
- Maintain, update and create procedures and processes for the Client Relationships team.
- Facilitate the Client Guarantees Program.
- Facilitate the Co-Op loans program with the Client within TCorp and the relevant Clusters.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
Critical to the Client Services Administrator role will be strong written and verbal communication skills, an ability to develop reports from database, strong problem solving, planning and analytical skills, and a client-service orientated attitude with the confidence to speak with clients, business owners, and stakeholders.
An understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including compliance requirements and regulation changes, will also be highly regarded as will a strong understanding of investment, deposit and lending products.
To succeed in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or similar with relevant work experience in a client service/client relationship role, working knowledge of Treasury and Investment Management products and experience in managing and enhancing Client Relationship Management (CRM) databases.
