The Client Service Administrator (CSA) role is part of the team that is responsible for providing a broad range of support to the Advice team, in the provision of high-quality ongoing services to existing and prospective clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provision of exemplary client service, meeting and greeting clients, managing inquiries and requests.
- Developing a deep knowledge of and strong working relationship with third parties to assist with obtaining information, activities, and processes, and reporting, within agreed time frames
- Maintaining systems (including the Client Relationship Management System), processes, and tools, ensuring data integrity
- Assist in administrative functions for the team.
