**Skills and Experience**
- Advanced Experience using Microsoft Office
- Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an accounting environment across ATO and ASIC platforms
- Well-developed time management, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-orientated environment and operate independently with limited supervision.
- Dedication to ensuring a high standard of service to our clients.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of Sydney, you will deliver a seamless service to your internal and external stakeholders through exceptional administrative support.

Your ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities will enable you to effectively support and meet the needs of our clients and the Business Services & Tax team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ASIC compliance.
- Providing company secretarial services for clients as required.
- Assisting the team with mid-month and end-of-month billing and reporting.
- Responding to all client enquiries on behalf of the directors.
- Liaise with ATO on lodgments, administration and reporting.
- Review and coordinate compliance documents for client matters.
- Collating documents, reports and third-party searches as necessary.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Administration, reception and technical support to the team where required.

You will be based in a modern office in the Sydney CBD overlooking Darling Harbour.
