Our client is an international leading asset digitisation company based in Sydney, whose core focus is to leverage technology to enable the world's shift to net-zero. As the business is going through significant growth, they are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer.
As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating comprehensive software, service and process documentation across the product work streams, with a key focus on documenting the RESTful APIs to their platform. You will also develop user guides for administrative portals that have been built based on these APIs, ensuring that both sets of documentation are in synch.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, with a focus on interface and API documentation
- Familiar with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Swagger, Postman, Sharepoint, Github, Gitlab).
- Excellent communication and English language skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and a motivated team player that collaborates effectively with our System Architects, Software Engineers, System Operators and QA team.
- Creativity, curiosity paired with passion - you are a creator with initiative to enhance product documentation.
