Lead the way as a Team Leader, Disrupt Ticketing at Qantas, where your leadership will shape the customer experience and develop our team of Ticketing Consultants. As a key leader, you'll provide day-to-day guidance and coaching, ensuring our people are skilled and capable. Your focus on delivering a premium end-to-end customer experience will set the standard for excellence in service delivery.

You’ll have –

1+ years’ experience in, and a passion for leading a team  Proven leadership experience in customer service and/or sales environments Understanding and/or experience with domestic and airline ticketing principles and airline procedures (desirable but not essential)  Previous experience using ARD Web ticketing system (desirable but not essential)  Familiarity with corporate and Contact Centre service standards Proficiency in PC office applications with troubleshooting skills  Understanding of ACD/eWFM systems and/or contact centre operations  Working knowledge of Contact Centre Quality System Strong people and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skill Commercially astute with strong decision-making abilities  Ability to deliver consistently excellent customer service, lead by example Please note: this role is a day work role; however, rotational roster work may be required from time to time.
