About the Role
As the Retail Operations Manager, reporting to the Country General Manager, you will spearhead the setup and management of retail operations, focusing on impeccable visual merchandising, inventory management, and overall consumer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with global retail brand leaders.
- Establishing and optimising retail operations to deliver a superior shopping experience.
- Leveraging market insights to drive growth strategies and ensure profitability.
- Streamlining store processes and support services to enhance efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maximising floor space, merchandise, and staffing resources to drive productivity.
Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, you will ideally possess:
- 5-15 years of retail experience, including operations and project leadership in luxury or premium brands.
- Hands-on expertise in store operations and financial management.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury apparel, accessories, cosmetics, and watches.
- Proficiency in data analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Strategic vision and execution capabilities with a long-term growth mindset.
