Senior Retail Systems Estimator - Greenfields Building Operations

This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in Mount Waverley within the busy Victorian Operations Retail Systems Estimating team.
Reporting to the Retail Systems Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Establish retail prices in accordance with company margin and cost schedulesEstablish contract wording for all optionsCo-ordinate and contribute to the operational and production process for all optionsDevelop and document business requirements with stakeholders and develop systems to support agreed requirementsDefine system requirements and liaise with Software Development department (IT) to implementCo-ordinate acceptance testingEnsure all retail upgrade options have a mini-bill produced via ordering system tools, ordering method of measure and/or ordering processEnsure all retail upgrade options have a direct build cost available in ordering and/or retail system; andProvide support and liaise with relevant departments

The successful candidate will have: Appropriate qualifications in the building/ estimating3 Years’ or greater experience within Building Industry preferred, but not essentialKnowledge of the Sales, Workflow and Construction processesWorking knowledge of the Building Code and regulationsIntermediate computer skills, in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; andA GREAT ATTITUDE
