Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
• Execute SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic to our digital platforms.
• Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, catering to both domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate educational and appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions, representing the company to foster networking opportunities and bolster brand recognition.
• Communicate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to management for continuous optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with a robust educational background.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing roles, demonstrating adaptability and a quick learning curve.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts effectively to diverse audiences, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
• Proactive and innovative mindset, committed to continuous learning and professional growth, with a focus on delivering impactful results.
• Creative thinker with the ability to devise out-of-the-box marketing strategies.
• Preferred fluent in English, Spanish and Portugese preferred, enabling effective communication and collaboration with international markets.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools.
• Full time Australian working rights.
