Job Description

As a MSFT/Linux Team Lead in Customer Operations, you will be an integral part of the Cloud Operations team, responsible for managing creative cloud solutions for our clients. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership and support to your team members to ensure operational excellence and improve the overall customer experience with cloud-based platforms.

You will be leading and mentoring a digital operations team, with a focus on Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement within a managed service provider environment. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure—particularly Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.

A positive, can-do attitude, combined with strong people management, planning, and communication skills, will be key to your success. You should have a proven track record of collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to build strong relationships. You will work closely with other operations staff, engineering and client services to ensure cloud services are available 24 x 7.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading and developing a digital operations team
  • Experience with Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement in a service provider environment
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure – Amazon AWS (Essential) & Microsoft Azure (Desirable)
  • Experience with optimisation, reliability, patching and security
  • Experience with scripting languages and automation tools
  • Administration of Windows Server Technologies such as AD, IIS, SQL
  • Administration of AWS Linux Server  and AWS Windows is essential
  • A positive can-do attitude and professional approach to working with customers and with internal teams
  • Great people & planning skills and strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and a successful track record in building strong relationships. with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Managed Services experience preferred.
  • Reviewing and taking part of Statements of Work
  • Lead the team to provide a plan of strategy
  • Mange on-call rosters to ensure 24/7 availability
  • Availability outside of hours to assist with resourcing/critical incidents
  • Deal with day-to-day operations and associated matters
  • Plan, forecast, prioritise and assign workloads
  • Ensure team Investigates, identifies and resolves issues in a live production environment
  • Investigate, identify and resolve issues in a live production environment
  • Improve the reliability and security of solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Provide performance and cost optimisation recommendations for cloud services
  • Enable greater process efficiencies and improvements, and capability enhancements
  • Review user accounts access quarterly
