The Company

This well-established business has achieved great success across the globe, disrupting the therapeutic area’s status quo and significantly impacting both HCPs and patients. Their therapeutic offerings are second to none and they have revolutionised what is considered the new “normal practise” for patients.

Due to their impressive growth and success across the ANZ market, they are now expanding their team in Australia with this newly created, 'maverick' role that's tasked with driving all Direct to Consumer Marketing initiatives. This role is an industry first and reflects the agile & entrepreneurial culture of the company coupled with their drive to continuously uncover opportunities to address unmet patient needs.  

The Role:

As the DTC Marketing lead for the ANZ operations, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Devise & implement Consumer focused initiatives
  • Develop high impact Digital content
  • Develop multi-channel initiatives; increasing community awareness/engagement
  • Lead email marketing & social media activities
  • Oversee agency activity
  • Own website updates/improvement projects
  • Conduct ROI & post campaign analysis

Your Skills & Background:

  • 3+ years DTC marketing experience
  • Healthcare industry experience adv.
  • Superior Digital Marketing capabilities
  • Proven track record of implementing high impact social media campaigns
  • Strong analytical/market research capabilities
  • Flexible, adaptive, agile and ‘Can-do’ attitude
  • Solutions focused, ability to think outside the box
