The Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for accelerating reach of Lilly medicines to patients, faster by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and the ability to leverage data analytics to inform decision-making.

This role will lead the efforts to expand consumer marketing capabilities
- identifying, leading, and building industry-leading consumer capabilities and skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans in partnership with global colleagues that align with the business unit's strategic objectives and revenue targets.
- Execute with excellence across priority consumer initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, brand building, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Utilize market research and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with brand team, medical affairs, and market access teams to optimize product positioning and messaging.
- Manage marketing budgets and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Foster strategic partnerships and relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in consumer marketing within the regulated environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing decision-making
- Excellent communication and Leadership skills (particularly in cross functional collaboration, decision making and leading without authority)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
