What You'll Be Working On

As our HR Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our People team, handling crucial tasks that keep our organisation running smoothly:

Manage day-to-day HR admin tasks and HR inbox, from answering queries to maintaining accurate employee records  Handle employee paperwork, including contracts, role changes separations, probations, and role changes Oversee user access for HR systems like Workplace and LMS Support the creation and maintenance of People policies and processes Build and maintain knowledge of industrial instruments

What Type of Person Will Succeed

We're looking for someone who:

Previous experience in administration/HR admin roles or previous experience in a retail environment (ideal but not necessary) Can adapt quickly to changing situations Excels in time management and organisation Works well in a team but can also be autonomous  Demonstrates high integrity and understands the importance of confidentiality Is proficient in Microsoft Office suite
