Our client is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments, including IT, business users, and vendors.
  • Managing project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and implementing effective solutions.
  • Leading and motivating project teams to achieve optimal results.
  • Ensuring adherence to established project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Maintaining clear and concise project documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management in a healthcare or related IT environment.
  • Proven experience in managing the implementation of healthcare applications and ICT systems.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
