**The Company -**

My client are a Structure business who are partnered with some of Melbourne's best Builders across the Commercial space to successfully deliver the structure of the project. They're backed by some incredible industry leading professionals and have developed fantastic supply chains to ensure their builds can consistently be delivered on time and to budget.

Due to the nature of the business growing and expanding, they're now looking to bring on a Junior Commercial Manager to join the team and work directly beneath one of the Directors.

**As a Junior Commercial Manager, you can be expected to undertake the following -**
- Oversee / Review Estimators take offs during Tender
- Engage with Market to firm up Rates during Tender
- Prepare Tender Submissions
- Contract / Scope Review and management - liaison with external parties as required to finalise
- Sub Contractor financial management - prepare subcontract, review claims, variations, notices
- Manage Procurement / letting of packages
- Project Cost Tracking
- Progress claims - submit to Client with input from the site coordinators
- Variations - submit to Client with input from the site coordinators
- You'll have estimators & site coordinators reporting directly to you

**What you'll need -**
- Background in QS, Engineering or Contract Administration
- 6+ years' industry experience
- Financial literacy
- Ability to lead a team
- Experience working on Commercial or structural projects
