The role:

As our new Consultant, you will be required to sell, add value, and retain Pet Health Insurance products whilst providing exceptional customer service and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Position Accountabilities:

  • Communicate with customers via digital chat, outbound and inbound calls
  • Secure sales from customers who have recently visited our website or called our contact centre
  • Assist with refining and improving processes within the Pet Sales Team
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations

What experience you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a Call Centre environment, General Insurance or Financial services beneficial
  • Experience in interacting and servicing customers via phone call
  • Demonstrated ability to learn all aspects of the Sales Process & identify sales opportunities quickly
  • Ability to adapt to change, excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literate and able to learn new systems
  • A strong team player who works in collaboration with others
