A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

In the role of VP Strategic Sales and Partnerships at Acquire BPO, your exceptional networking prowess and substantial c-level, founder and executive relationships will be the driving force behind our strategic business expansion. Your responsibility is to harness and expand your 'black book' of elite business contacts to elevate our market presence and cultivate pivotal partnerships. With a focus on high-level dialogue and relationship-building, you will seamlessly integrate with our Sales team, facilitating introductions and championing new business engagements. Your efforts will be instrumental in solidifying Acquire BPO’s standing as a flexible, safe, and innovative leader in the BPO industry, capturing new opportunities for growth and guiding our global outreach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Strategic Networking and Lead Cultivation

  • Cultivate an ecosystem of C-level and executive relationships, transforming connections into firm business leads.
  • Engage and expand your established network of decision-makers and industry shapers to open doors for Acquire BPO’s offerings.
  • Strategically represent Acquire BPO at select events and exclusive gatherings, amplifying our reach and forming alliances with potential clients and partners.

Partnership Development and Strategic Alliances

  • Initiate and foster strategic partnerships, leveraging your comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and Acquire BPO’s competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership pursuits with Acquire BPO’s innovative solutions and market positioning.

High-Level Representation and Advocacy

  • Embody Acquire BPO’s ethos of safety, flexibility, and innovation as a prominent advocate at forums, roundtables, and industry summits.
  • Articulate Acquire BPO’s value proposition, translating our services and capabilities into compelling narratives for a discerning audience.

Brand Stewardship and Market Engagement

  • Be at the forefront of Acquire BPO’s brand, ensuring consistent and impactful presence in relevant industry circles.
  • Champion the Acquire BPO story, engaging with media, thought leaders, and influencers to reinforce our position as a leading BPO provider.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Valid Opportunity Generation - Number of valid sales opportunities generated that meet predefined criteria.

  • Strategic Relationship Advancement - Development of new executive-level relationships quantified by potential for long-term strategic partnerships.

  • Partnership Impact - Successful establishment of strategic partnerships, evaluated by their potential and actual contribution to business growth.

  • Revenue Contribution - Influence on revenue through validated opportunities that have progressed to the sales pipeline, benchmarked against sales targets.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Strategic Relationship Building - Exceptional networking skills with a verifiable ‘black book’ of C-level and executive contacts.

  • Business Growth Track Record - At least 6 years of experience in a high-impact business development or corporate development role in a relevant B2B sector.

  • Communication and Advocacy - Superior communication abilities and experience in high-level brand representation.

  • Leadership and Teamwork - Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Travel Requirement - Availability to travel as needed for business development and networking.
